Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IDProva Cloud, a managed service operated by Tech Blaze Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 97 690 822 925) ("we", "us", "our"). By using IDProva Cloud, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

IDProva Cloud provides managed infrastructure for the IDProva protocol, including:

  • Managed registry services for Agent Identity Documents (AIDs) and Delegation Attestation Tokens (DATs)
  • Web dashboard and DAT API
  • Compliance reporting and analytics
  • Technical support per your subscription tier

3. Open Source Distinction

The IDProva protocol, core library, CLI, and SDKs are open source under the Apache License 2.0. These Terms apply only to the managed IDProva Cloud service, not to the open-source components.

4. Subscriptions

IDProva Cloud is offered in tiers (Team, Enterprise, Government) with monthly or annual billing. Pricing is published at idprova.com/pricing. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. We process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than operating IDProva Cloud. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Data Residency

Government tier customers may select AU-only data residency. When selected, all registry data, including AIDs, DATs, and receipts, is stored exclusively in Australian data centres.

7. Service Level Agreements

Uptime SLAs vary by tier: Team (99.5%), Enterprise (99.9%), Government (99.9%). SLA credits are calculated monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded.

8. Acceptable Use

You will not use IDProva Cloud to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the service
  • Resell the service without written agreement

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide data export for 30 days. You can continue self-hosting using the open-source components at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
